I am a 55 year old type 2 diabetic.i have episodes of eggy burps, lots of gurgling noises in my stomach. I have had this on and off for 3 days now. Sometimes the pain is bad and I vomit but then feel better. Others just the gurgling and burps. I have nausea with hot sweats. If I starve for 12 hours after vomiting it's ok for a while but then starts again as soon as I eat..
