I am a 55 year old woman. 5'9"; 195# w/ belly fat; active walking, bicycle, blood work good - high side of normal cholesterol and potassium. Average vitals: 130-140/65-75; pulse 60-64@ rest. Low stress lifestyle. Meds: Vivitrol, Paxil, Trazadone 150mg nighttime, Asprin 81mg, Thiamine, Daily Multiple Vitamin.
On Friday evening, I was with my RN Mom, leaving a store. I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my chest that lasted about 1 1/2 min. followed by pain within my rib cage and radiating to my upper back. Breathing normal. Arriving home in approximately 5 minutes, I laid down and counted pulse rate. Mom retrieved stethoscope and confirmed that my heart rate was at 40bpm. I began feeling better within 20 minutes. After 2 hours sleep I felt okay. I had an apple and cheese 4 lunch w/ 2 Rockstar drinks. (240mg caffeine)
