I Am A 56 Breast Cancer Survivor. As A Result

I am a 56 breast cancer survivor. As a result from Chemo 6 years ago, arthritis has settled in my left foot. Ibuprofen prescription strength 800ml eases the pain significantly - I average 1 a day. Some days I can do with out it but when the weather is so cold the pain is worse. Do you suggest anything else for the pain besides ibuprofen ?
