I Am A 56 Year Old Black Female Ht 5

I am a 56 year old black female ht 5 ft 1 wt 185( loss of 74 lbs over the last 6 yrs) I hace have all of my female organs .I have a dull aching in the middle of my vaginal area. Gyn has ruled out any concerns there ,I did have a urinary tract infection which i went to the doctor for and was given an antibiotic..yersterday i was given a seci=ond antibiotic ..pain is less but it is still there off and on...resistant to pain meds...Help please ..i have no high blood pressure,or ant chronic illnesses
