I Am A 56 Year Old Female Who Has Been

I am a 56 year old female who has been diagnosed with multiple scerosis in1983. I have recently been put on dialysis. I live with an old friend of my sons. My only child Christopher passed away when he was 24 I had his wake on his 25th birthday. Very symbolic. The question is pull off my toe nails. I just recently ripped off my finger nail.why am I doing this should i see a specifics doctor? Should I see a therapist?l I only have a handily of friends. My brother is in jersey an older sister is on long Island and sister. In maine.while am here in myrtle beach.
