I Am A 56 Year Old Women I Have A

I am a 56 year old women I have a goiter and 4 thyroid nodules ,I had a biopsy which came back ok,I just had another ultrasound and the left side of thyriod has gone down nodules are stable,however my auto lymphocytes where 44.9 my Dr said that was nothing to be concerned with.My over all calcium is 9.1 my pth intact is 56 but my ionized calcium is 1.36mmol/L or 1.37 hard to understand the sheet .My Dr said this is nothing to be concerned about.I am seeing a surgeon on March 29 ,and He told me to just ask about the ionized calcium.I quest I a little confused about it.The day I had this test done was not a 6 hour fast I had coffee and cream .
