I Am A 56 Y.o. Female. I Finished Having Menstral

I am a 56 y.o. Female. I finished having menstral cycles about 3 years ago. Then about a year ago I had what appeared to be a period which lasted a few days. Now, another year later, I am having what appears to be another period. I have been taking estrogen & progesterone for the last 10 years and have always had yearly exams without any issues. Please advise.
