I Am A 56 Yr Old Female 5'6' Weigh 71

I am a 56 yr old female 5'6' weigh 71 kg. I suffer from lupus (SLE), and polyneuropathy in my feet. Lately suffering from severe night sweats that smell like metal. My health has recently deteriorated and I now have ulcers which over many parts of my skin which my dermarologist believes is being caused by a liver problem. Is this odd smelling sweat related to these other issues?
