I Am A 56 Yr Old Male, Non-smoker, Mild Ulcerative

I am a 56 yr old male, non-smoker, mild ulcerative colitis, otherwise generally healthy. Have had a mild cold for approx. 2 weeks. (That is longer than usual for me). Lately when I blow my nose, the mucus is bloody ( however, no signs of blood in any sputum)
