I Am A 56 Yr Old Woman Who Had Foot

I am a 56 yr old woman who had foot surgery on February 25, 2016. Surgeon fused my ankle together and put titatium in as a plate . Since surgery i have problems, skin turned red on incision site, it was painful still is, skin begin to peel, and drainage. I went back to drs and around second or third week he took staples out and preceded to tell me my body was rejecting the fibro stitches in my foot. I continue to pulled stitches out. There is a gap on the side of my foot, this worries me I am diabetic and have had MRSA twice in my life. Is there reason for me to be concern? I work in healthfiled I see ulcer wounds get worse daily to the point of amputee.
