I Am A 56 Yrs Old-in Good Shape And A

I am a 56 yrs old-in good shape and a runner. I eat right(no meat-dairy)-take a quality vitamin and prostate supplement. My 69 yr old brother just was diagnosed with prostate cancer-gleason score is 7. Scans
were clear. I am trying my best to avoid it but my dr.said my chances are 4 x higher now.
My PSA is 2.6 with a normal prostate size
