I Am A 57 Year Old Dog Groomer..apx 4 Months

I am a 57 year old dog groomer..apx 4 months ago I noticed that I was unable to lift my pinky finger when my hand was lying flat had some swelling in the wrist, 3 days ago I was placing the dryer vent back in the slot and felt a really sharp pain along the top of that same hand up into the arm, now I can't lift my ring finger when my hand is lying flat...I can still make a fist and have strength in that hand just can't lift my ring & pinky finger
