I Am A 57 Year Old Female. Been Having A

I am a 57 year old female. Been having a lot of pressure like in lower back and lower abdomen. Went to dr about a month ago. He said clear urine and gave me antibiotic. He thinks maybe female problems. Then again last week to dr again. She said my urine looked awful and gave me antibiotic. Have taken all medicine but still have this dull ache.
