I am a 57 year old overweight male. I am experiencing severe pain on my left side in the groin area radiating from my left testicle to the area between my groin and the juncture of my leg hip pelvic area. I am also having some pain from the base of my spine into the left hip, sort of like sciatic pain but it does not radiate down my leg, only the hip.
