I Am A 57 Yr Old Female Who Has Always

I am a 57 yr old female who has always had a depressed soft spot on the top back of my head. I was told a long time ago it was caused by a fontanelle that never closed properly. I never thought much about it but lately I have become concerned about why it is there. Should I see a neurologist to have it looked at? It is very sensitive to the touch
