I Am A 58 Year Old Disabled With Various Issued,

I am a 58 year old disabled with various issued, primary being sever osteoporisis and a right drop foot.. I fell on Tues. this is Friday - off a 2 step-step stool reaching up on s shelving unit in the garage. I was a twisted mess and couldn't move for over an hour - I am in a great deal of pain and NO this is not a drug seeking email. I feel as though I have a fracture on the outside of the right foot and my right leg is hurting from head to groin. Action?
