I Am A 58 Year Old Female. My Doctor Is

I am a 58 year old female. My doctor is having me take 3200mg of Ibuprofen daily to reduce bone marrow edema. For the last few weeks I have had very loud ringing in my ears and in the last few days I have been dizzy and very tired. Last night my heart was beating faster than normal. I currently take 50mg Metoprolol for high blood pressure so my heart doesn't usually beat fast. Could I have the beginnings of ibuprofen over dose?
