I Am A 58 Year Old Female, Not Diabetic. I

I am a 58 year old female, not diabetic. I had a vag hysterectomy when I was 37. I am taking meds for a UTI. After two days of meds, I still have wbc's in my urine.. I thought well may the wbc's are coming from my vagina. I swab bedmysrlf, went up high , it was uncomfortable. There was a lot of blood on swab. I have no uterus or cervix. Why would my vagina h
ave blood? I have a history of Lupus. I am a lab tech so iwas checking myself.
