I Am A 58-year-old Female With Severe Pain In My

I am a 58-year-old female with severe pain in my left shoulder and arm (no obvious cause). A chiropractic adjustment two days ago helped with the LUQ of my back, but not the arm pain. A massage later that day made my pain worse than when I saw the chiropractor. I've been taking 800 mg Advil q4h with no noticeable improvement. Suggestions? Should I be concened about a heart situation? The pain is constant, 10/10, and has been going on for 4 days (including today).
