I Am A 58 Year Old Woman And Do Not

I am a 58 year old woman and do not have insurance, but when I was at the doctors office getting a breast exam, before the exam they took my blood pressure and it was 168 over 90. When I got home I took it again and it has gone up from 180 over 90, to 190 over 91. The questions is that I have some 2 year old blood pressure meds, would it be ok to take it? I was on lysinapril and another one that I can not remember the name.
