I Am A 58 Year Old Woman With My Uterus

I am a 58 year old woman with my uterus but no ovaries. I have been experiencing off and on stabbing pain in the spot my left ovary would have been. The pain has been there for several weeks, and I haven't found anything that can cause it, or that definitely relieves it. I am wondering what could cause this and whether I should go to a doctor. It is not debilitating. it is sensitive to pressure.
