I Am A 58 Yr Old Man, Last Several Months

I am a 58 yr old man, last several months I have had the sensation of being cold, difficulty sleeping, holding and getting an erection, and sore ankle from time to time. I take no medications and am very active, although I don't exercise. I do work a physically challenging work, farming and welding.
