I Am A 59 Female. Dealing With Matter On My

I am a 59 female. Dealing with matter on my brain since 2008. In December I took a bad fall. Had 3 MRI's. Getting no answers except fir what I'm getting from my MRI impressions. Driving myself crazy researching numerous white matter disease. Substainually worse. My dictir wants me to see a vascular neurologist in columbus. But not till July. Dizzy. Bad facial pain right side of face and. Burning in my right side if head which goes into my ear. This is one if the impressions. Chronic microvascular ischemic disease. Also have lesions on my liver. What does all this mean ?
