I Am A 59 Year Old Female. Had Not Had

I am a 59 year old female. Had not had a period for about 6 years. No bleeding at all. Started spotting about a year ago. Very light and very sporadic. Last month it got a little heavier and lasted for 2-3 days. Still very light. About a week ago the bleeding came back and just got heavier. For the last 3 days, I have been literally flooding. Numerous huge clots of blood and a heavy blood flow. Especially when I stand up.
