I Am A 59 Year Old Female. In My Pelvis/groin

I am a 59 year old female. In my pelvis/groin area I have been fighting an itchy, lumpy condition for over two months. The lumps come and go, and can feel as small as a pimple or as large as a dime. The lumps do not come to a head. I have not had sexual contact with anyone in a long time. My doctor has tried two different prescription creams but neither have worked. Help! I am miserable.
