I Am A 59 Year Old Female Who Is Having

I am a 59 year old female who is having pain in my stomach area. I have a constant dull aching pain from a few inches below my breast bone to my pelvic area. I have constant gas and bloating,a good bit of pressure in the pelvic area and sometimes even a little nausea. I feel as if I need to have a bowel movement, even though I can't always. Help!
