I Am A 59 Year Old Male. History Of High

I am a 59 year old male. History of high blood pressure, and gout. For the past 3 weeks I have had very bad pain in both feet, toes, ankles, heels. The pain level is between 7,8. I walk, but it looks like I have a stick up my a_ _. I know my body and I'm relatively sure it is not gout. Any ideas
