I am a 59 year old male. I have an itchy rash that started on the outside of hip area and upper outer thighs and has moved to inner thighs, inner upper arms, and waistline (front torso only). The same thing occurred several month ago, and resolved itself after two to three weeks. I have switched to hypo-allergenic soap and laundry detergent, but it has not improved.
