I Am A 59 Year Old Male About 20lbs Overweight

I am a 59 year old male about 20lbs overweight at 230. I have a tender right nipple where one can feel a lump that has been Mamogramed and Ultrasounded to normal. I am going to have a biopsy on Friday. Since the ultrasound my left nipple is now tender and so are areas on my back and rib cage. When I lay flat on my back I have a shortness of breath I have never had. Not tired, not weak, no flu or fever. It is getting difficult to sleep because of these tender areas. I will be seeing the doctor the same day of the biopsy this Friday. Fear the worst. Rich
