I Am A 60 Year Old Female. I Am Having

I am a 60 year old female. I am having severe pain to the point if I move I yell out in pain. Pain starts about where my right ovary would be even though I don't think it has any thing to do with my ovary. The pain goes all the way up around and up the hip bone up to the side. Stayed in bed all day yesterday and it is some better today. Thought it might be a pulled muscle but don't know how I would have done that. Any information would help.
