I Am A 60 Year Old Female Who Has Been

I am a 60 year old female who has been recently diagnosed with osteoporosis. My doctor has given me a choice of prolia, fortco, reclast, actonel, or fosamax. Having looked into the side affects of these, I have decided to get in better physical shape. Eat healthy, exercise, weight lifting, etc. I take many vitamins and minerals and recently gelatin. Is it possible to reverse this or should I give into the drugs?
