I Am A 60 Year Old Male. Have High BP

I am a 60 year old male. Have high BP though I take medicine. 5' 9" 320 lbs which i recently went to from 288 in 5 months. I have an anurism near my heart 4.2 cm plus have two stints. Recently I am fatigued. I sit down for a minute and fall hard to sleep. I have no energy. I wear out if i walk a few feet. No pains. I take vitamins. I have occasional gout, torn rotater cuff in shoulder and a left branch bundle block in heart. I have been careful what i eat and I try to walk for exercise but have no energy. I tolds all this to my family doc and he put me on welbutrin for depression. I sleep 5 to 6 hours a night but get up constantly. Sometimes I have restless legs. What could be wrong with me?
