I Am A 60 Year Old Male That Is 6'8"

I am a 60 year old male that is 6'8" tall and weighs 290 lbs. I take meds for irregular heartbeat, arthritis, neuropathy, and Previcid to counteract the stomach effects of the other meds. For the past 3 days I haven't been able to fully catch my breath and feel like I'm out of breath unless I am lying down. This is making me wake up several times per night. I always drink a big glass of water when I wake up in the middle of the night in order to stay hydrated. Any thoughts?
