I Am A 60 Year Old Who Had Two Healthy

I am a 60 year old who had two healthy children (over 38 years ago), the last was a natural birth that required an episiotomy. healed well and have had no issues until now. Intercourse has been very painful, even with lubrication, and small blood drops at episiotomy on toilet tissue. This has been going on for about 6 months. Had a partial hysterectomy in mid 1990's with my ovaries not removed. Had hotflashes for along period of time and had finally finished with them, until about 6 months ago they came back with a vengeance. Should I be concerned and see my Dr. about this. Also pain in lower right abdomen when doing kiegel's.
