I Am A 60 Year Old Woman Who Has Been

I am a 60 year old woman who has been having vaginal pain, itching and burning for months. I have been treated for yeast, bacteria. I had a normal Pap test. Finally after examination was told I have small ulcers, gave me a cream for the outside and Premarin to insert. Nothing seems to change, still have pain and itching. Is it possible to have shingles on that area?
