I Am A 60 Year Old Women, In Very Good

I am a 60 year old women, in very good health....5'4, 110 pounds. I am having significant pain on my left side from 1/2 up my ribcage down, radiating around to the backside somewhat. Not a muscular or skeletal issue. Pain is deeper inside. What could this possibly be. Started about 5 hours ago.
