I Am A 60 Yr Old Female. Have Had Many

I am a 60 yr old female. Have had many digestive system problems. Reached a point of passing out several times a day for months. Hospitalized with malabsorb. and dehyd. Did much better for a couple of years and started again over a year ago. Treated for sibo and gallbladder removed. No stones, highly inflamed, suspected cancer. OK for 6 months but now orange loose stool, sanding looking again, then constipation. Weeks of pain under left ribs from front to spine, mostly in side. Any advise?
