I Am A 60 Yr Old Non-smoker That Has Chest

I am a 60 yr old non-smoker that has chest pain that is like pressure, tightening and pain in my left breast to the underarm. I feel like I need to keep taking deep breaths. I tried my Albuterol that I only take as needed, but I'm wondering if I should be concerned.
