I Am A 61 White Female.I Have Had Hyperparathyroidism And

I am a 61 white female.I have had hyperparathyroidism and had surgery for it. I also have Degenerative Disc Disease and Osteoporosis. I've had Carpal tunnel surgery on both hands and trigger thumb surgery on both hands. I now have arthritis in my thumb joints. In the last 5 to 6 years I have had problems with an internal quivering all over my body, it used to be just sometimes but now is almost everyday. My neck hurts almost all the time and my head shakes sometimes. My kids will say Mom your head it shaking again. My shoulders and shoulder joints ache almost all the time
There are times I will be doing something or just standing and I will feel a wash of weakness start sometimes in my lower back or sometimes at my neck and it goes down the rest of my body making my joints hurt and my arms go weak and my legs feel like they are going to collapse out from under me, I have to lean against something or sit down to keep from falling. I have had episodes when pain and weakness have washed down my arms so bad that I can't lift them. Sometimes when I'm laying down my legs will just jerk or my hand will jerk.
My Grandfather had MD also my uncle has it and a cousin has it. I don't think that is what it is.
I have checked my blood sugar to see if it is because it's low or to high to see if that is why I'm quivering I've tried drinking a protein shake to see if that helps. (I'm a vegetarian) I just feel like crying I can't figure it out. It makes it hard for me to sew or cut things up when i'm cooking.

Today has been a bad day for the quivering.
