I Am A 61 Year Old Female. For The Last

I am a 61 year old female. For the last month or so, when I kneel or squat, I experience burning, excruciating pain in my knees. The right knee is worse that the left. I am not overweight; I take carvedilol, ramipril and amlodipine for hypertension and CAD. Thanks.
