I Am A 61 Year Old Female. I'm Over Weight,

I am a 61 year old female. I'm over weight, 220 lbs, I have Fibromyalgia and Arthritis. My next visit with my Arthritis Dr. Is 2-24. I go every six months. The last few months..maybe 3.... I have been experiencing a tngling in my knees. I can only describe it as to feelng like I am being stabbed with hundreds of ice cold needles. My family doctor said he had never heard of that, ans said it was definitely a question for my Artritis dr. Any ideas??
