I am a 61 year old female smoker, and I have experienced sudden numbness in my lips and tongue two days in a row, the second day, I also had tingling and numbness in the tips of fingers on my left hand. The first time it happened I was shopping and it lasted about 5 min. Today when it happened, I had just got out of the shower and also lasted 5 min. I have no other medical issues and the only medication I take is my daily hormone pill.
