I Am A 61 Year Old Female.I Had A Quadruple

I am a 61 year old female.I had a quadruple bypass 9 years ago.recently I have had cramps in the calf of my left leg.I had a Doppler done and my results came out normal.do I need to set up a angiogram .I'm really concerned,the girl that did the Doppler seemed to think I had a lot of blockage yet my Dr said the test was normal.
