I am a 61 yr old AA male in reasonably good shape. I go to the gym at least twice a week, mainly 3 times. I do an hour of weights and a minimum of 30 minutes cardio. I struggle with my energy levels. I drink coffee and I sometimes take one 5-hour energy drink. I slept 8 hrs last night only getting up once, I've had a 10 oz cup of coffee and I still have no pep.
