I Am A 61 Yr Old Female. I Was Recently

I am a 61 yr old female. I was recently diagnosed with Lupus through blood work. My last set of blood work came back negative so my doctor is not sure if I have the disorder or not. Through an ultrasound a cyst measuring 10 cmm was found on my right kidney. I do not have any symptoms. Is 10 cmm considered large and are the chances of being cancerous higher since of its size?
