I Am A 62 Year Old, Female. For The Last

I am a 62 year old, female. For the last year I have been experiencing aching in my hands, more in the right hand than the left hand (I am left-handed). For most of my adult life I have worked in the graphics field, designing by computer. I have read about carpal tunnel syndrome and my symptoms sound very close to this condition. I have used a wrist brace on my right hand at night while sleeping. I was laid off from work over a year ago and in my part-time job I have to lift boxes weighing 25-30 lbs. on many occasions which causes more pain than normal, especially in the base of my thumbs. I also have numbness and tingling in my fingertips. I don't have medical insurance so can't go to doctor, but is there something that I can use to relieve the pain.

I didn't realize and should have been more observant as to what the charge for your help would be. I apologize for taking your time, there is no need to respond. Thank you for your time.
