I Am A 62 Year Old Female In Excellent Health.

I am a 62 year old female in excellent health. I have had significant and debilitating diarrhea for 60 hours now, and while I occasionally feel as if I am getting better (eg, stronger), the diarrhea continues, and I have overall nausea and am weak. Wondering if/when I should go to the ER.
