I am a 62 year old white male. When I am at rest I will occasionally have a quick episode in the center of my chest that feels like a shot of air or quick burst like turning a garden hose on and off. There is no pain associated with it but it has been occurring for the last 24 hours about every 2-3 hours. My PCP is out of the office today so I am trying to decide if it needs immediate attention in the ER.
