I Am A 62 Year Old White Male In Excellent

I am a 62 year old white male in excellent health. The nail bed on my middle finger, right hand produced a bumpy, yellowish fingernail. It didn't get traumatized, it just grew in wierd. The fingernail is mostly pink as usual, but is yellow along a crevice or indention running across the entire width of the nail.
What's up with that?
