I Am A 62 Year Old Woman Who Has Been

I am a 62 year old woman who has been having issues with menopause. Had my last period at 52 and after a year or so of hot flashes every 15 minutes, began HRT - vivelle dot. It was great and hot flashes went away. 7 years later I began having migraines (with aura) and the only med I was on was the HRT so my gynecologist took me off it. Hot flashes resumed and I took estrovera and femminessence Macca to curb the flashes. Flashes did not go away but I did develop heart palpitations and some lightheadedness right before a flash. Saw a cardiologist who diagnosed me with PVC’s. He put me on atenolol to reduce the pvc’s - still have them. My internist put me on very low dose of Zoloft to reduce hot flashes. Not really working. Heart pounding is very annoying and makes me headachey and overall feeling yucky. Any thoughts?
